The first time I used your service, it was terrible. The workers showed up 3 hours after their time window and were very rude.
This time, the workers showed up promptly, worked diligently and were very polite.
I was very impressed with them.
They did a great job! They were so honest- as they were taking apart the couch, they showed me where the crew from before had broken one of the feet of the couch and had just covered it up. While that disappointed me, it was no surprise from the experience I had last time.
The crew you sent this time were really excellent! Please send them my gratitude and good wishes for the new year.
