I hope your holiday season was great and I want to wish you the happiest and healthiest new year. I also want to thank you for being so attentive with your scheduling and returning of phone calls…it certainly did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated.
Please forgive me for the delay, but I also want you to know, and I hope you will pass this along to Shlomi and Max as well as the upholsterer ( I am sorry but I don’t know all the names), how thrilled I am with the results of the reupholstering of my two loveseats and the ottoman.
I know the job was a little more complicated than most, and I was nervous about all the fabrics I had chosen, but everyone I dealt with handled it so professionally that all my anxieties were put to rest. The upholstering itself looks absolutely beautiful.
They did an amazing job. I loved that I did not have to wait for months, or even weeks, to receive the finished product and everything really, far exceeded even my expectations.
You guys are terrific!
