Dear Sam,
I just wanted to say a few words about your wonderful employee mike. I gave him a job to refinish and stain a large dining room table. I was very concerned as I have pretty high expectations and have been known by some – particularly my husband to be very picky. From the moment I met him, I felt relieved. he was incredibly warm and charming and knew exactly what I wanted. He was prepared when he came to pick up the table and brought a sample that was exactly the color I was looking to achieve.
He even gave me his cell in case I had any questions or concerns. in fact I called him a few times with some concerns and he was so lovely – incredibly patient and reassuring and left me feeling confident that everything would be ok. I was away on business when the table arrived and came home to the most beautiful surprise. The table was better than I had envisioned in my mind and the color and workmanship was just gorgeous. Mike did the most spectacular job and I can not thank him enough.
My only regret is that I was not able to thank him in person to express my gratitude for the beautiful work he did. I have found it is rare, to find people that really care about the work they are doing. I think Dr.Sofa is very fortunate to have such an individual on their staff. in mike, you have an artist that is concerned about the work that he does and the clients he is doing it for.
